Today’s Method of training will be:

Do each exercise 14, 12,10,8,6,4,2 Reps which is 7 rounds

Spiderman Push ups

Burpees

Switching Lunges

Dips

Box Jumps

  1. Awesome stuff, i trained with Bruce Drago in Florida he has some really impressive workout material. All I can say is I got one hell of a workout and Bruce puts the training together in a way you never get bored and he has you always thinking and sweating the whole time. GREAT MATERIAL
