  2. 100 quick punches into heavy bag (50 each hand)
  3. 50 alternating knees into bag (25 each leg)
  4. 10 crossover pushups on medicine ball (pushup with one hand one the medicine ball, one on the floor and then switch hands for the second push up to get 1 rep)
  5. 15 box jumps
  6. high knees across room
  7. 15 sprawls
  8. 10 cross overs on plyo box
  9. 20 dips (to catch your breath)

Goals: Full Body Strength

Duration: 1 hour

Battle Ropes… 

MMAXOUT Warm Up

Jog around the oval and follow up with X Squats, Side-side squats, Yoga pushups and Mountain climbers

MMAXOUT Rope Relay

In teams of 4 clients must take it in turns dragging the rope one quarter of the oval. At each quarter the team stops and performs a drill.

Station 1: Seal body rows – 20 each

Station 2: Squat jump length of rope x4

Station 3: Car tire carry and stack

You can have two groups of 4 on this drill at once. One going clockwise and the other anti-clockwise. Other groups should begin on rep challenges.

Clients should be able to carry out this drill by themselves once explained leaving you free to supervise the Rep Challenges.

MMAXOUT Rep Challenges

In groups of 4 clients must complete 200 reps (approx. 50 reps each) of each exercise. Encourage fitter clients to push ahead and do more repetitions for the team.

  1. Inverted rows
  2. 1L Squats (100 ea. leg)
  3. Band shoulder presses
  4. Lateral lunges (100 ea. side)
  5. Hops (200 ea. leg)

When a team gets back from the Rope Relay swap them with a group performing the Rep Challenges. All teams should complete the Rope Relay twice and should finish all Rep Challenges.

Kicker will kick until they can no longer kick.

Will be scored by kicks per second.

Time ends at 10 minutes.

Endless Punch (Jab Cross)

Puncher will punch until they can no longer punch.

Will be scored by punches per second.

Time ends at 10 minutes.

Most swings possible.  Max time 5 minutes.  Scored by time/reps.

Hanging with knees to chest.  Ranked by time able to hold the position.

Ladder Challenge

Stepping and agility movement through a ladder on the floor.  Exampled before competition.  Single point deductions for incorrect movements, stepping on the ladder.  Scored on accuracy and time.

Scored by total number accomplished in one hang.

Pushups

Scored by the number of pushups accomplished in 1 minute.

Basic Healthy Grilling Tips

1.  Cube or slice meat into smaller portions to speed cook time, SIZE MATTERS.  Or, you can use a quick-cooking option such as shrimp or fish for your meat.

2.  The faster foods are cooked, the less likely they are to develop dangerous charring.  THE SHORTER THE COOK TIME, THE BETTER.

3.  Move your food to a cooler part of the grill while flare ups simmer.

4.  Reduce your exposure to carcinogenic compounds.  GRILL SOMETHING OTHER THAN MEAT. Opt for low or no-protein peaches, plums, tomatoes, eggplant, corn or breads.

5.  You want to avoid burning but not rip the meat apart.  FLIP AT THE RIGHT TIME. Give it a gentle tug; its ready to flip when it comes loose without pulling.

6.  Keep your grill rack spick-and-span to prevent other bits from causing flare-ups.  CLEAN THAT GRILLING MACHINE!!
