This is a crazy workout, I almost couldn’t finish 2 sets. My goal is to do more sets but I will have to keep practicing them to get better. Very effective full-body workout with only 3 exercises, thanks a lot
Awesome, keep up the good work, just like anything you need to build yourself up. Our workouts are made for you to do a few sets then as you get better do more sets. The more times you do the workout the Stronger and better you will get.
