We reran varied versions of the MMAXOUT program in their classes to evaluate the response and effectiveness for each member of their school. The components that MMAXOUT focuses on are core, stamina, intensity, and strength. Each phase incorporates an increased intensity through Strength and Conditioning, Plyo-metrics, Repping Out, Cage Kickboxing and Full Body core.
MMAXOUT doesn’t stop at helping reach fitness goals. We certify personal trainers too! Each time you come and train, you will be coached under the supervision of a Certified Personal Trainer, and each workout is designed to teach you proficiency that will get you better results than you’ve ever had in the past. We’re a coaching and training facility–not a gym. You don’t pay for use of equipment you don’t use; you’re paying for top-notch coaching and instruction to ensure your success in all aspects of fitness training and nutrition.
Each Trainer is personally developed and approved to deliver MMAXOUT correctly every time. This isn’t a 2 hour certification program. MMAXOUT supports each Trainer through an extensive training program, continual online and onsite support, and yearly trainings. We are a group of dedicated Personal Trainers and fitness coaches with an atmosphere of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work. I want to take a minute to explain something here, and help new people or people interested in MMAXOUT understand why this place has it all.
I recently competed in a warrior dash, with obstacles, mud and water. Bruce posted my results on here and all I have heard throughout the past week was praise and acclamation from other members. Everyone who is a friend of MMAXOUT on facebook has seen us all talking about the workouts and how sore or hard they are, but it’s so much more than that.
Hamilton a trainer who has made awesome strides since he had started working out there, posted that I inspire him. Funny thing is everyday I see him and the progress he has made, he inspires me to work harder.
You don’t get that at golds or planet fitness. You don’t build a friendship with the guy next to you with no sleeves on yelling and bench pressing. The girl next to you running on the treadmill doesn’t CARE about you or what your doing.
At MMAXOUT I have built relationships and friendships with a bunch of different people, teachers, business owners, photographers and so on.

Put all ingredients in blender (put wet ingredients in 1st for easier mixing) Blend until combined into a batter. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat. (Use a little non-stick cooking spray to help keep from sticking) Pour onto skillet in silverdollar sized pancakes & allow to cook until small bubbles form (about 4-5mins) then flip & allow to cook an additional 4-5 mins. Makes approx 6 pancakes. Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
